Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  2. You received an incorrect item
  3. The colour or plating wears off after delivery

Once verified, we will offer:

  2. 100% Refund excluding shipping charges



Important Conditions

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted unless it is a color wear-off claim.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition (where applicable)
  • Returns without prior approval will not be processed
